What it does
Benefits of Omega-3 Fish Oil
Two fatty acids your body cannot make, at amounts printed on the label.
The Nourivo difference: Benefits that build over time
Based on the length of published trials, not a promise of results. Responses vary.*
- EPA and DHA are not acute, so there's nothing to feel on day one
- Taking it with a meal containing fat improves absorption
- Same time daily is the habit that matters most early on
- Published trials commonly measure blood omega-3 levels from around this point
- Levels rise gradually with consistent daily intake
- How much they rise depends heavily on how much fish is already in your diet
- Most cardiovascular and omega-3 index studies run three months or more
- This is a fair length of time to judge whether it suits you
- One bottle covers about three months of daily use

Questions
Questions? We're here to help.
What's the difference between EPA and DHA?
They're two different omega-3 fatty acids that do different jobs. EPA supports normal cholesterol and triglyceride metabolism and a healthy, steady heartbeat. DHA is a structural building block of the brain and retina, supporting cognitive function and vision. Most people benefit from getting both, which is why they're together here.
How many should I take?
One softgel twice daily with meals, which is what the suggested use calls for. The Supplement Facts panel lists a serving as one softgel, so a 100 count bottle is 100 servings on the label but roughly fifty days at the suggested dose. Taking it with food improves absorption and reduces repeat.
Why does it contain vitamin E?
Fish oil oxidizes over time, and oxidized oil is what gives cheap supplements their reputation. Vitamin E is included as an antioxidant to protect the oil and keep it fresh in the softgel.
Who should check with a doctor first?
This contains fish. Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking blood thinning medication, or scheduled for surgery. The softgel is made from gelatin, so it isn't vegetarian.
Where is it made?
Manufactured in the USA in a cGMP-compliant facility. No proprietary blends — every ingredient and its dose is printed on the label.

A note from Dylan, founder
I started Nourivo because I was tired of supplement labels that oversell what's inside. Everything here is made to a standard I'd put my own name on.
